Basic Service
Our most basic service is to repair a singular issue with a machine. This can be replacing a part, adjusting tension, wiring in a foot control, or any other repair that takes a short amount of time. This will most often require the machine to be dropped off or scheduled with other customers in the same area.
Industrial machines that require singular repair require an onsite service. A general price will be quoted before service, and any parts needed will be either provided by the customer or brought with the tech.
Intermediate Service
Mechanical sewing machines and sergers, old and new, industrial or home as well as digital machines that are sewing only. This is a complete tune-up. This includes cleaning, oiling, and checking the machine for precision in all functions the machine provides. Any issues found are corrected as part of the tune-up process. This includes, but is not limited to: needle position, top and bottom tension, timing between hook and needle, cutting, threading, and overall sewing quality. Parts are extra.
A travel fee of $25 is applied to all visits, locations further than 25 minutes from our location are by the mile @ 50 cents per mile.
Advanced Service
Sewing machines with embroidery, multi-needle embroidery, long-arm quilting machines and digital industrial sewing machines. The service is also a complete tune-up covering the entire machine, but also care of the embroidery functions of embroidery machines, and the quilting functions of long arm machines. This includes on frames or tables.
These machines, except smaller home sewing/embroidery machines will be service in the customers’ home or business.
